Flail Kült is the first artbook in the new Pseudobiblia series published by Nigredo Press, where artist Arcane Throne explores the impact of spiked clubs and flails on the human body. iis a cooperative role-playing game set during a zombie apocalypse on a tropical island. Players take on the roles of Survivors who must work together to stay alive as long as possible on Kahakai Resort Island, a once-idyllic location now crawling with danger.

Flail Kült is a visceral reflection on the infinite circularity of time and death. Through a ferocious use of black and white, Flail Kült evokes mystical carnage and restless nightmares of underground horrors. Drawing heavily from doom metal aesthetics and grim fantasy imagery, Flail Kült elaborates a solemn and indecipherable mythology of crepuscular creatures, apocalyptic cults and entropic rituals.

The artist, Arcane Throne, is an illustrator and cover designer renowned for his bleak and visceral style, collaborating with the likes of Black Letter Press, Heimat der Katastrophe, Axis Mundi and many others.
