This 'zine-format game includes simple yet innovative rules that allow players to dive into its gripping investigations—known as Tales—and unravel the mysteries behind them. In Cthulhu Bay, there are no predetermined endings. As players gather Clues throughout the game, they weave together their own interpretations of events, ultimately shaping a unique epilogue for each Tale.
