Ares Games will present three new releases at the Essen Spiel 2013 (October 24-27, in Germany): The new edition of Inkognito, the classic deduction game designed by Leo Colovini and Alex Randolph; the tactical Age of Sail game Sails of Glory; and the cooperative Sci-Fi game Galaxy Defenders.
It will be possible to play all three new games In the Ares Games booth (Hall 3, C123). The newest releases Wings of Glory will also be showcased, including the WW2 Airplane Packs arriving in stores in October (Focke-Wulf FW-190, Spitfire Mk.IX, North American P-51 D Mustang and Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate), and the latest WW1 Airplane Packs, released this summer (Hanriot HD.I, Aviatik D.I, Sopwith Triplane, and Siemens-Schuckert D.III). Wings of Glory will be also present at Heidelberger Spielverlag (Hall 1, B105), the distributor of the game in the German market.
Inkognito debuts in Europe at Essen Spiel at the same time it hits stores worldwide. It will be possible to play and buy Inkognito both at Ares Games' booth and at Piatnik's booth (Hall 3, D108) - Piatnik is the partner for the German, Czech, and Hungarian editions.
Sails of Glory and Galaxy Defenders will release after the Spiel, but it will be possible to play both games and see final production quality of these products at Ares' booth. Sails of Glory will be presented also at Heildelberger's booth.
Several of Ares games authors, including Simone Romano and Nunzio Surace ("Gremlin Project") - authors of Galaxy Defenders; Roberto Grasso - author of the forthcoming Dino Race; and Roberto Di Meglio - co-author of War of the Ring - will be present at the booth through the show.
