The new WW1 Wings of Glory Airplane Packs, featuring the Spad XIII, Sopwith Camel, Albatros DV.a and Fokker Dr.I fighters (each in three different versions), are now shipping to distributors from Ares Games’ warehouse in the U.S. and will be available in North American stores starting from January, 14th. In Europe and other regions it will be in stores in the next weeks.
The airplanes presented in the new WW1 Airplane Packs are the Fokker Dr.Is piloted by Manfred Von Richthofen, Hans Kirschstein and Lothar von Richthofen; the Sopwith Camels of William Barker, Aubrey Elwood and Harold Francis Stackard; the Albatros D.Vas of Ernst Udet, Hans Joachim von Hippel and Josef Carl Peter Jacobs; and the Spad XIIIs of Edward Rickenbacker, Marcel Coadou and Georges Félix Madon.
Each Airplane Pack features a ready-to-play model, painted and assembled, and includes a special base with gaming stats, a variable altitude flying stand, and a specific deck of maneuver cards.
To play, it’s necessary to own a WW1 Wings of Glory rule set, such as the WW1 Wings of Glory Rules and Accessories Pack or the upcoming WW1 Wings of Glory Duel Pack.
