Ares Games is attending BGG.CON (November 17-21, Dallas, TX), with demos of several games, including the new release Diabolik - Heists and Investigations, an innovative hidden movement and deduction game inspired by a famous Italian comic series. Nanty Narking, Europe Divided, and Masters of the Night will be also shown off along the event.
Diabolik – Heists and Investigations is a “cops and robbers”- style game for 2 to 4 players divided into two teams, playing as Diabolik and Eva (the Criminals) against Ginko and Morrigan (the Detectives). The robber couple designs and executes heists, using disguise and latex masks to complete these daring thefts. They will have to complete two heists out of the three available to win the game and to do so they will have to move, hidden in the shadows, leaving traces of their path to the Police. The Police will have to investigate the traces left by criminals. Diabolik will start to hit the US stores on December, 8th.
The other games in demo at Ares booth are Nanty Narking, a hidden roles board game of wit and podsnappery by Martin Wallace, set in Victorian London, Europe Divided, a tense game of political struggle durint the new Cold war, and Masters of the Night, a vampire-themed solo and cooperative game.
Several other games published or distributed by Ares Games will be available at BGG Game Library, including recent releases like Mini Rogue, Sword & Sorcery Ancient Chronicles, Rocketmen, and the upcoming Successors.
