Galakta Games, publisher of This War of Mine - The Board Game, Age of Thieves and many other great games Ares proudly distributes in North America, launched this week a new narrative-rich boardgame on Kickstarter: "Waste Knights: Second Edition". The project reached its initial funding goal of $40,000 in only 90 minutes, and it has unlocked 10 stretch goals in three days, with over 2,500 backers and more than $150,000 pledged.

Waste Knights: Second Edition is a post-apocalyptic game of survival and adventure set in a dystopian Australia half a century from now. It is a 1-4 player experience allowing you to play cooperatively, competitively or in solo mode depending on the adventure you choose. The game is inspired by cult movies and books of the genre enabling players to immerse themselves in a ruined world full of gangs, mutated creatures, sentient machines and – most of all – unforgettable stories.
The Kickstarter campaign will run until March 13th, and the game is expected to ship to backers in February 2020. Following, the retail edition in English will be distributed by Ares Games in North America and other non-European countries.
