The PHALANX Games section was updated with the upcoming U-BOOT: The Board Game and four accessories for it. The game is due to release in April 2019 in North America, and the accessories are expected to hit the stores in May 2019.

U-BOOT: The Board Game - n underwater cooperative war thriller.

U-BOOT: The Board Game is a real-time cooperative tabletop game of WW2 submarine warfare for 1 to 4 players, who assume the roles of the Captain, the First Officer, the Navigator, and the Chief Engineer on board of a type VIIC U-boat. The game will let you conduct submarine operations in all major naval theatres of the Second World War. The action unfolds both on the strategic and the tactical scale, always demanding teamwork, efficient crew management, and quick situation assessment. The game is enhanced by a companion app, allowing for an unprecedented level of realism, as well as a challenging enemy AI system.

Created by Iron Wolf Studio and published by PHALANX, the game was funded with a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2018, and it will be in distribution just after the Kickstarter backers will have received their rewards.

Following the game release, four accessories will be available to upgrade it and improve the game experience: two giant playing mats (Eco-leather and Latex), an All Resin Pack with 28 resin game pieces, and Wooden Plotting Tools.
