To celebrate the release of Divinity Derby, Ares is inviting the US game stores to host demo events of the game on Saturday, February 10. The participating stores will receive a demo copy of the game and five copies of the Cthulhu and Flying Spaghetti Monster promos sets.
Divinity Derby is a very fun and easy game for players of different ages. Every player assumes the role of a different, unique god (Anansi, Horus, Marduk, Odin, Quetzalcoatl, or Yù Huáng the Jade Emperor), betting on a race among mythological flying creatures on a special track around Mount Olympus. The game presents an original card-sharing mechanic - each player uses two hands of cards, sharing a cardholder with each neighbor.
To host the demo event, the stores must sign up by January 31, contacting Isabella Long, convention and retail coordinator of Ares Games.If you are a retailer, sign up today!
