Ares Games is proud to announce the pubblication of a Limited Edition of the War of the Ring expansion Warriors of Middle-earth (click here to go immediately to the pre-order page).
Warriors of Middle-earth is the second expansion for War of the Ring Second Edition board game. It brings Ents, Dead Men of Dunharrow, Great Eagles of the Misty Mountains, Corsairs of Umbar, Wild Hilmen from Dunland, and Giant Spiders, previously featured only as special Event Cards. They become essential part of the game, with unique figures and specific abilities to be combined with new mechanics to open up new strategies when playing the War of the Ring .
The Warriors of Middle-earth Limited Edition will include a high quality version of all the components featured in the regular version of the expansion, complemented by 48 hand-painted figures in a special deluxe packaging, and with a limited edition certificate of authenticity. Due to the limited print run (minimum 1200, maximum 2,400 copies), it will be sold by preorder only, at a price of $ 129.90 ($ 154.58 including VAT for copies shipping inside the EU,) plus postage and packing.
Pre-orders will open on August 7th, at 10 PM CEST, on Ares Games website, and will close on August 21st (or when 2,400 copies are pre-ordered), and will be serviced on a first come,-first served basis, with a strict limit of one copy per customer’s address.
