Warriors of Middle-earth, the second expansion for War of the Ring Second Edition board game, is now at the printer and it's scheduled to arrive in stores in August. The War of the Ring section of the website is now updated with information and images of the expansion. To celebrate this long-awaited release, we are offering an exclusive promotion, free of charge to our customers.

With initial pre-orders of Warriors of Middle-earth, we will ship to distributors and retailers - free of charge - a set with two special promo cards - "Fly, You Fools" and "I was sent to bear tidings, not Burdens".

These two cards provide our answer to the years-long question "Why Gandalf did not ask the Eagles to carry the Ringbearer to Mount Doom?". They are presented as Promo Cards as they introduce a funny twist to War of the Ring and are meant to be used as a "surprise" to your friends when you include these cards in a normal game - but they are playable nonetheless.
