Behind The Throne is the new entry in the Family & Card Games section, and Last Friday debuts in the section Euro & Thematic Games - the former Euro Games widened to embrace board games easy to learn, deep in strategies and with a strong setting.
Behind The Throne is an engaging “push your luck” card game. Secret organizations fight for the right to rule over the Old Kingdom, using intrigue, blackmail and threats for power in the shadow of the royal throne. Designed by Oleksandr Nevskiy and Oleg Sidorenko, the same authors of “Mysterium”, and illustrated by Denys Martynets, Behind The Throne will come in a multilingual edition - English, Italian and Spanish, and in a Cinese edition.

Last Friday is a hidden movement, hunt and deduction board game, inspired by the popular “slasher” horror movie genre. It's about the story of a murderer who died and rose again. In the role of young campers, the players are challenged to survive a long weekend of terror – while one of them takes the role of the undying psychopath hiding in the shadows of the forest. Designed by Antonio Ferrara and Sebastiano Fiorillo (authors of “Stay Away!”), Last Friday. Ares will publish the English edition of the game and distribute it worldwide.
