To celebrate the arrival of the first Wings of Glory WW2 releases, Ares Games promotes a contest from March 7th to 15th that will award one different WW2 Airplane Pack every day, plus a WW2 Starter Set on the final day.

Each day, at 16:30 GMT, we will publish here one quiz about WW2 planes, pilots and such. You do not need to be an expert – the answers are not so easy, but they can be found if you look for them! All answers can be found somewhere in Internet, and you can also find some of them in the previews articles published here.

There will be one question every day, and the first participant to answer it correctly will win one of the 8 different WW2 Wings of Glory Airplane Packs that we just released. On the 9th and final day, the contest will present five questions, and the prize will be a WW2 Starter Set.

The Ares Games’ fans on Facebook will have the chance to win one additional airplane every day: if the winner is a fan of our Facebook page, in addition to the prize at stake that day, he can also choose any one of the other seven WW2 Airplane Packs he’d like to receive! So if you are not a fan of Ares Games on Facebook already, what are you waiting for?

Rules of the Contest

  1. The questions will be published from March 7th to 15th, at 16:30 GMT, on the Ares Games website.
  2. All answers must be in English. For pilots, the family name is enough (e.g. "Rickenbacker"), for air forces the name of the nation in English (e.g. "Germany").
  3. The first person that will answer correctly to the question(s) of the day will get the prize (the answers will be sent through a contact form which will generate an e-mail registering the exact time it was sent).
  4. The correct answer and the winner of each day will be announced on the following working day. All answers and winners will be divulged at the end of the contest.
  5. The prizes are:
    • - one Wings of Glory WW2 Airplane Pack on each of the first eight days of the contest (the specific model indicated every day);
    • - one Wings of Glory WW2 Starter Set on the 9th and final day.
  6. Winners who are fans of Ares Games on Facebook will receive one additional Airplane Pack with their prize. To be eligible for this prize, remember to:
    • - "like" Ares Games on our Facebook page
    • - mark the appropriate checkbox on the contest form,
    • - indicate, in addition to the answer to the quiz, the additional Airplane Pack you would like as an additional prize.
  7. If no one gives the right answer of the question of the day, that prize will be assigned to the winner of the following day.
  8. No purchase is necessary to participate in the contest.
